we are studying about e-commerce and how businesses use social newtworking to market their products and so forth. i understand that the new wave is to shop online and that you can find things at great prices. Cheaper than that of product in the stores even. To me e-commerce can be a great way to advertise for your business at the expense of others even. If your a individual that is starting out with a small computer repair business, using Facebook to share your  business page  is a great idea for advertising to gain customers.

In my college IT class we had a question on our test whether or not we thought net neutrality was fair or not.  Net neutrality is the principle that anyone should be able to access the Web and any applications freely as they choose without any limitations or restrictions by their service provider. DO we think is fair?
I guess my opinion is that why should we be treated any differently than any other person or business out there. We have the right also to be accessing anything and sending things via Internet. If i would send an email to a friend i would want it getting delivered just as fast as someone from the WhiteHouse sending an email to a friend. But i draw the line to certain content that flows across the Internet and that is porn sites that can be accessed by our children or even ppl posting kiddie porn , etc.... I think some how that should be limited or restricted (banned) someway, some how. Although if companies that are willing to pay for speeds faster than normal then maybe there can be a way a two-teired band or whatever you call it)can be set up so that companies can pay for the speed and be one a seperate wave than just common ordinary people who use the Internet for pleasure and other things not business related.

What is the difference between Management Information Systems and Information Systems Management?

MIS- the first one is a study about the management of an organization i.e. its entire funcionality. but the second one is ISM- it is a study about the way how to handle the information of any systems with the help of a computer.

MIS are made of people, computers, procedures, databases, interactive query facilities and so on. They are intended to be evolutionary/adaptive and easy for people to use. These information systems are intended to be helpful to business organizations. but are the organizations becoming too far advanced for some of the workers? are they spending too much money on making sure that they have the highest technology to store the information and so forth? should every employee have some type of training in this area to better understand how these systems help to better organizations and compaines become more efficient?

Two years ago I entered college to obtain my degree after being out of school for more than 20 years. I found that in my courses it didnt matter what age we were, all professors assumed everyone was knowledgable in the different programs, especially in Word. Do they expect the older generation just to know and pick up these programs and the knowledge on how to use a computer at home?
